Refund policy
At Shop By Faith, Not By Sight, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Since all items are made on demand through our print-on-demand partner, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Contact our customer support team at Shopbyfaithnotbysight@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item & order number, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Please note that all claims of damaged items must be submitted within the 7-day window from delivery. We are unable to process any claims after this period.
Order Cancellations:
Once an order is placed, it is sent immediately to production and we are unable to cancel it. Please ensure all details (size, color, design) are correct before completing your purchase.
