2. Product Information

All items are made on demand and may vary slightly from product images shown. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, but we do not warrant that all descriptions, images, or prices are error-free.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to production and cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check all order details before checking out.

4. Shipping

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and production schedules. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days at Shopbyfaithnotbysight@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery may not be accepted.
